At Telstra, I leveraged my process design skills to streamline and enhance the Mobile Change of Ownership submission. Replacing manual PDF form-filling with an automated workflow significantly boosted efficiency while ensuring compliance with data protection standards. This process improvement eliminated the need to capture customers\' Proof of Identity (POI) information and rationalized the collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), safeguarding customer privacy.I played a crucial role in the successful commencement of pilot testing by conducting over 50 Business Verification Tests (BVT), during which I helped identify and resolve 60 defects (classified as Severity 1-4) across 16 build scenarios. This ensured the reliability and functionality of the new process.As a result of these optimizations, the average provisioning cycle time has been reduced by 52.7%, from 15 days to just 7.1 days. There is also achieved a significant reduction in the Dirty Ticket of Work (DTOW), which now stands at 12%, a 43% improvement from the previous 55%.
