Roxanna is a multilingual finance and development professional —and entrepreneur— with over eight years of international experience spanning North America, Africa, and Asia. Her career bridges public institutions, global corporations, and grassroots innovation—bringing a dynamic blend of strategic insight, analytical precision, and cultural fluency to every role.She Recently served at the Canada Revenue Agency, supporting business intelligence and risk assessment operations. Her previous roles include Assurance Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP, Data Reporting Analyst at the National Bank of Rwanda, and Project Manager Assistant at the United Nations Development Programme. In each, she has driven impact through regulatory compliance, credit analytics, and cross-sector coordination.Alongside her public sector work, Roxanna brings nearly a decade of entrepreneurial experience—mentoring early-stage ventures and building practical solutions at the intersection of finance, policy, and innovation.
