Provide leadership for Finance and Administration\'s (F&A) strategic planning activities, including the coordination of the Division\'s goals and reports on progress as well as maintaining and updating the F&A Strategic Plan • Assist the Vice President for Finance and Administration in working with the F&A senior leadership team in managing the day-to-day operations of F&A• Provide overall leadership for Finance and Administration\'s Client Relations functions and activities• Work with the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations (VPDAR) on diversity centric projects and other initiatives to benefit functions and activities under VPDAR\'s portfolio of responsibility• Coordinate all communications (internal & external) for F&A including media inquiries• Serve as the F&A point of contact for the President\'s Faculty Advisory Committee to proactively understand and address concerns and opportunities related to F&A responsibilities• Coordinate major F&A driven meetings including the Business Affairs Advisory Forum and other events as the need arises• Serve as the F&A liaison to Staff Council and the F&A Staff Representative Group• Provide leadership and guidance to the F&A Recognition Chair and the F&A Diversity Chair• Provide leadership for a variety of special projects
