Ross Erzar is the Vice President of Operations of American Fire Protection Group, Inc. He has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in fire protection contracting operations management, estimating, engineering, planning, purchasing, field supervision, and customer relations. Starting in the business in 1995 at another industry-leading fire protection contracting company, he has held roles of increasing responsibility including Designer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President with oversight of the company\'s West Coast Operations. Ross Erzar is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he played four years of Varsity Hockey. After graduation, he completed Engineer Officer Basic Course, Ranger School, and served as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. in Fort Carson, CO. He has continually built his professional knowledge base, gaining Professional Engineer Licensure in both Fire Protection and Mechanical Engineering Disciplines, as well as attaining NICET IV Certification in Water-Based Layout.
