As a Level 3 Engineer, I work with an enterprise-level client in a hybrid environment, focusing on the management and support of Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and Hybrid Exchange systems. Within Exchange, my responsibilities include managing retention policies, analyzing message headers, configuring mailbox archiving, performing eDiscovery, setting up dynamic distribution lists, investigating emails blocked by Microsoft Defender, executing maintenance tasks, and resolving high-priority tickets. I also handle hybrid Exchange configuration issues, update Exchange SSL certificates, configure mailboxes, document solutions for recurring help desk issues, manage transport rules, and carry out Exchange patching and system maintenance as well as write documentation for Exchange patching procedures.In addition, I automate routine tasks using PowerShell, troubleshoot issues related to Azure Active Directory and Windows Active Directory, and fulfill requests involving virtual server resources, M365 licensing cleanup scripts, Windows patching, and more.
