Hi, I’m Ross - AEC technologist, team builder, and architect-nerd at heart.I grew up around construction and design in my family, spending my early years doing hands-on work and helping rebuild housing for underserved communities. That fascination with the built world turned into a career in architecture - designing high-rise residential and higher education projects in Chicago and on the West Coast.A turning point came when I saw PlanGrid in action on a live project. I hadn’t planned to leave architecture, but I knew technology was going to reshape the industry - and I wanted to be part of it.I joined PlanGrid during its high-growth years, building and leading teams across BD, Customer Success, and Technical Sales. After the acquisition, I stayed at Autodesk to lead a global team selling Autodesk Construction Cloud. By the time I left, the business had scaled past $500M in ARR.Today, I lead our GTM selling motion at Pirros, scaling design-native intelligence for architecture and engineering teams - so designers can reuse what works, improve quality, and stop reinventing the wheel every project.On LinkedIn, I share thoughts on AEC, construction /design tech, and what it takes to modernize the industry that builds and designs our world.
