About Ross Chomik
In the spring of 2014, we rebranded our company, now Vision Real Estate Partners (VREP), renewing our local focus on commercial real estate investment, development and operations in the greater NY/NJ metropolitan area. It’s what we do best.At VREP, our mission is to leverage our collective experience, relationships and hands-on approach to transform underutilized assets into highly desirable real estate for tenants, sound financial investments for our partners, and performing, quality ratables for our host towns and municipalities. As managing partner of VREP, I oversee all of our company’s functions, ensuring that we remain clear and resolute in this mission. In 2008, I joined Vision Equities, the predecessor firm to VREP, as a vice president. As the first employee of the two founding partners, I assisted in all aspects of the start-up and its tremendous growth to a key player in the market. Throughout my career, I have been involved in the acquisition, development and leasing of over $800 million in office, industrial and retail properties and portfolios. I have directed the development, redevelopment, and leasing of over 3 million square feet of properties encompassing over 400 acres.
