About Rose Sink
Rose joined Shell Oil Company in 1991, and held a number of individual and leadership roles in both Finance and Accounting including General Accounting, Oil and Gas Accounting, Property Accounting, E&P Planning, Shell Energy Services, Benefits Analysis and Controls, Manufacturing Planning and Appraisal and Chemical Supply and Logistics. In December 2014, Rose joined Motiva Enterprises as the Refining Finance Manager responsible for the Finance activities at Motiva\'s Convent, Norco and Port Arthur Refineries. Rose is passionate about people development and has led a number of mentoring circles within Shell for more junior staff. Additionally, Rose was the sponsor of Shell Women in Finance Together (SWIFT) which aids in the retention and development of Houston women in Finance in Shell. In 2016, she took on the additional role as Motiva Planning and Appraisal Manager which was responsible for the business plan as well senior leadership presentations. Rose served on the board of Tri Star Services which is a Retail Joint Venture in Nashville for two years. In February 2017, Rose moved into Supply and Trading to create an organization responsible for Commercial Contracting, Market Intelligence and Near term strategic activities. In 2019, Rose was named the General Manager of Supply and Logistics responsible for Terminal Operations, Pipeline, Supply Scheduling, Marine, Land Logistics, Commercial Contracting, Product Stewardship, Health Safety and Environmental for the terminals. Rose also joined the Board of First Coast Energy, a retail joint venture in Florida. Rose is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
