At Scale AI, working as a Project Team Lead is the exhilarating experience of building up a quality team of creative and elite contributors that work on the development of AI and its future. Through my time at scale, I initially worked as an Elite Writing Contributor, teaching the new AI how to formulate ideas and learn about new information and communication. Following a successful time moving up to the experts/elite team, I moved into the PTL position. In this role, I work to develop the skills, engagement, and quality of the Elite Writing Team.
