Rosa Cannady

Regional Asset Manager @Business Ventures

Washington, DC, US

Currently serving five different markets over different states, I specialize in multi-family investment decisions to mitigate my clients\' investment portfolios exposure to risk. I assist greatly during the due diligence and the stages to increase value to complexity of properties. I am able to accomplish this with the years of direct experience working for owners firsthand and my arsenal of relationships, including contractors & vendors, cultivated over my years of managing rent controlled & mix-use commercial assets as well as large multi-family 50•••00 unit assets.
