After seeing the need as a competitor for more tournaments in the space, I decided to be the change I wanted to see and learn the skills needed to run these sorts of events, thus the premier World of Warcraft community esports juggernaut KeystoneMasters was created. This started off as a passion project and soon grew into something much larger.Responsibilities Included- Producer/Director for all KeystoneMasters branded events- Technical Director/Vision Mixer for many of the earlier tournaments- Designed and developed multiple new formats and rulesets (many of which have made their way into Blizzard\'s own events)- Liaising with vendors/partners such as Blizzard, Twitch and HyperX, to execute high quality tournaments and meet deliverables- Talent & Crew Sourcing/Training (many of whom have gone on to be on air talent for Blizzard and multiple Race to World First partners)- Social Media strategy and development
