Holder with 8 years experience in various location in India in Various Geotechnical Investigation Projects as a Site Engineer and Lab Testing Engineer like National High Speed Railway, Kolkata Metro, Bhopal Metro, Indore Metro, Chennai Metro, Southern Eastern Railway, Indian Railway, Delhi-Meerut RRTS, NHIDCL, Bharatmala Project, Road Project, Soil Test, Thermal Power Plant, OICL, HMEL Bhatinda, Jalandhar-Amritsar Gas Pipeline Project, Ganga River Drinking Water Supply Project BTPC, NTPC, BARC, BHEL, Soil Laboratory Tests, Site, NDT, Pile Foundation etc 1.Ensuring that the work site is safe, clean, and organized. 2.Ensuring that all drilling procedure sare followed and all safety precautions are taken. 3.Communicating with engineers and other team members about technical issues that arise during drilling operations. 4.Preparing reports detailing daily drilling activities and any problems encountered during drilling operations. 5.Managing drilling crews who are performing the actual drilling operations. 6.Monitoring the amount of time required to drill each section of a well in order to ensure that deadlines are met. 7.Reporting any problems encountered during drilling operations to the appropriate party for resolution. 8.Ensuring that all drilling equipment is functioning properly before operations begin. 9.Overseeing all drilling operations, including hiring and training new employees and monitoring performance. 10.Storage Materials and Samples. 11.Reporting Site Activity. 12.Liaise with third party Laboratory to ensure that all required testing has been performed as per standard. 13.Witnessing of Various NDT Test like Rebound Hammer & UPV on Concrete Structure. 14.Checks sub-grade dry density. 15.Team handling and management. 16.Oversees the efficient execution of drilling activities to ensure operations run smoothly. 17.Manage the multi-vendor optimization processes. 18.Ensure all reports are accurately; maintain daily working relationship with drilling members and engineers. 19.Prepare necessary field reports such as casing/ cementing bit records/ completion/ lessons learned HSE/ attendance etc. 20.Collecting samples carefully. 21.Experienced in Coring/ Non-Coring/ Offshore/ Onshore project. 22.Worked with Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration & Research for Uranium
