Prepared complex Credit Underwriting Memoranda for more than $490MM in loan commitments during tenure.• Innovative Loan Underwriting: Collaborated with affiliate bank relationship managers, business development officers to craft and deliver innovative facilities for new and existing bank customers, resulting in increased loan commitments for growth, debt restructurings, and business acquisitions.• Advanced Financial Modeling: Developed and executed detailed financial models, conducted sensitized performance scenarios, and analyzed third-party appraisals and field exams ensuring robust risk assessment, borrowing base projections and liquidity and projected loan covenant compliance.• Comprehensive Risk Management: Leverage a holistic approach to assess credit risk and ensure adherence to bank credit policy and OCC guidelines.• Legal and Documentation: Negotiated terms and managed legal documentation with outside legal counsel and borrowers ensuring meticulous handling of all legal aspects.
