Throughout my educational, athletic and professional career I believe the common threads to my success have been a relentless drive towards perfection with a laser focus on progress and continuous improvement. In all cases, especially professionally, my personal success has always been and will continue to be heavily influenced by the people I surround myself with and the values with which I treat them. The core values I have tried to live and lead by through my life are to be Responsive, Focused, Honest, Accountable and Innovative. I find adapting to new situations and making changes to solve complex problems exciting, but I believe having a core set of constants/values is a critical element of freeing my creativity to be a successful change agent. Though my professional career has all been with a single company, I have been fortunate to experience a broad array of functions, products and levels of leadership all while living, traveling and developing business acumen and relationships around the globe. As a result of this diversity of experiences, I can add value to a broad range of business needs. My ability to adapt to almost any situation, location or culture in leading people or solving complex business problems has been significantly enhanced by this diversity. My outgoing and collaborative nature, combined with my ability to make the complex simple, has proven extremely valuable in influencing colleagues and customers. The net of these skills combined with a vision of perfection and my personal drive for continuous improvement in everything I do and lead, has allowed me to become a very successful change agent.
