I also work as a site selection Broker for local and national companies looking to build a project to suit tenants\' or on spec. Once leased I can sell any of these properties as investments, also a specialty in conjunction with property value analysis, leasing, and funding help. With 36 years as a Commercial Agent 30 years as a Broker Associate, I have negotiated many transactions and witnessed many market changes.
