My key accomplishments include- Led our July 2024 debt refinancing for $500M Term Loan and $88M revolving credit facility- Co-leading the successful $1.1 billion IPO for GoodRx, where I orchestrated the transformation of our financial infrastructure from a small startup team to a highly effective public company finance function- Oversaw fundraisings exceeding $3.5 billion through private equity, debt markets, and public offerings- Navigating the complexities of over a dozen M&A transactions, followed by seamless integrations- Building robust financial and operational frameworks that facilitated hyper growth, catapulting business revenues from approximately $100 million to around $800 million- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multi-channel revenue models, encompassing eCommerce, subscriptions, direct sales, and licensing- Leading a comprehensive SOX program that achieved 404b compliance and fully remedied all material weaknesses, all within the extraordinary timeline of the 2nd filed 10K- Assembling and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams of up to 40 professionals- Overseeing key areas, including GAAP/SEC Reporting, Accounting, Corporate Tax, Internal Audit, Stock Administration, and Treasury.
