As a Loss Control Manager at Meta, I oversee safety and risk management programs for cutting-edge data center construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and delivering zero-incident outcomes within our Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). I collaborate with project teams and trade partners to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, implement effective safety methodologies, and integrate seamlessly into construction sequences to drive best-in-class safety performance.I bring extensive expertise in loss control services, having successfully managed safety and compliance aspects of large-scale construction projects while achieving significant reductions in incident rates through proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies. My approach fosters cross-functional relationships that support Meta\'s mission of building robust, high-availability data center infrastructure.I hold a Master\'s of Legal Studies with a focus on risk management, business compliance law, construction law, and real estate law from Texas A&M University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. This unique combination of legal expertise and safety knowledge enables me to navigate complex regulatory environments while developing innovative solutions for construction safety challenges.
