WORK HISTORY
Senior Enterprise Account Director @Linkedin
Berlin, DE

SKILLS
ABOUT ROLF REINHARDT
I work where large-scale bureaucracy meets individual potential. As a Senior Enterprise Account Director, I partner with United Nations agencies, International Organizations, and public enterprises to build workforce strategies that are sustainable, fair, and future-proof. My career didn’t start in sales; it started in change management. During a massive SAP implementation at L\'Oréal early in my career, I saw firsthand how quickly capable people can feel lost when systems and roles shift. That experience planted a question that drives me today: Who sees, understands, and trusts what people are capable of - especially in moments of transition? That question pulled me into educational technology, quality standards (EFQUEL & ICoBC), and eventually to LinkedIn: & Building partnerships with the UN and International Organizations isn\'t typical enterprise sales. It requires patience over pressure and governance over speed- Navigating Complexity: Moving beyond transactional deals to orchestrate multi-agency framework agreements and \"piggybacking\" models that respect procurement strictures while enabling agility- Ecosystem Building: I don’t just manage accounts; I build communities. Through initiatives like the \"UN & Friends\" masterclasses with over 700 participants, I connect distinct agencies to share peer-learning on talent and mobility- Diplomatic Alignment: Collaborating with bodies like the HLCM and FoCDR to align LinkedIn’s data insights with the macro goals of international civil service. Through my work with the International Council on Badges and Credentials (ICoBC) and the Pro Learn Network, I am convinced we are facing three unavoidable shifts:1. Skills > Titles: Skills are becoming the primary currency of employability, replacing static job titles.2. Portability: Digital credentials will only scale if they are verifiable and trusted across institutional boundaries.3. The Closed Loop: Learning, hiring, and internal mobility can no longer be silos; they must form a single, fluid system. I take pride in consistent delivery, but I am proudest of the long-term infrastructure I’ve helped build—systems that allow organizations to recognize talent fairly and efficiently.
