My role is to protect the GM\'s time while driving our corporate mission forward-handling everything from complex documentation and client negotiations to logistical oversight and payment cycles.Responsibilities-Documentation and Paperwork (Sales proposals, quotes, contracts etc.)-Coordinating sales presentation and marketing materials for the GM-Tracking sales leads and prospective client information for the GM-Updating existing client and prospective client information for the GM-Following up with prospective clients on behalf of the GM-Setting up meetings for the GM-Visiting clients on GM\'s behalf-Ensuring all the GM\'s paperwork and documentation is completed by other teams-Liaison between the GM and other employees-Keeping detailed notes of the GM\'s meetings-Identifying prospective clients for the GM-Responding to client queries on behalf of the GM-Following up on sent offers on behalf of the GM-Managing the calendar and appointments on behalf of the GM-Arranging travel and accommodation for the GM-Assisting the GM in marketing and logistics (Sales, receiving payment, and product delivery)-Handle customer complaints and issues on behalf of the GM-Logging incoming leads for the GM-Providing the GM with 2 daily reports (morning and evening) and reporting directly to the GM for tasks
