I have more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, which I\'ve always been passionate about. Experience in building and managing high-performance teams through creating a balanced environment focused on results and people\'s well-being. One of my goals when I take over a team is to make them not need my presence to accomplish what needs to be done. This may sound strange, but to me, a leader needs to make the team achieve the results by themselves. Of course it is very difficult to fully reach this goal, but this is the vision.
