However, I also provide interior decorating and design services to both residential and commercial clients. My ownership duties include: Project Management, Coordination with Contractors and Suppliers, Contract Agreements, Negotiation and Purchasing, Payroll, Expense Reporting, Taxes and Accounting, Dispute Resolution, Employee Management, Trade Relations & Partnerships, Marketing, Advertising, and Web Design.My Interior Decorating Duties Include: Integrating Clients\' Unique Design Preferences, Self (or Brand) Identity, Existing Decor, Project Budget, and Functionality Needs into a Cohesive Design. Responsible for Selecting Paint, Wallpaper, & Flooring; Furnishings, Fabric, & Art; Countertops, Backsplash, & Cabinetry; Lighting, Hardware, & Appliances; Plants, Storage Solutions, & Scents to Compliment and Enrich Living & Working Spaces.
