Hi, I’m Ed I work with health and social system leaders to improve performance, deliver change, and make services work better for the people who rely on them and the people who work within them. I help clinicians, executives, and funders drive meaningful, practical change by turning complexity into clarity and bringing data, insight, and people together to make things better.Over the past decade, I’ve delivered 50+ projects across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK - from small regional hospitals to large tertiary services and state-wide policy reform. My work spans patient flow, model of care redesign, healthcare analytics, workforce planning, and service design.My interest in systems is personal too. As a sibling of someone with autism and an intellectual disability, I’ve seen how much the right support—or the lack of it—can shape someone’s life. That’s why I’m in this work. And why I care about getting it right.
