Software Engineer with 15+ years experience in the IT business. I am originally from Spain and passionate about solving technical problems. Along the way I discovered that I also enjoy helping people with all types of challenges, which led me to discover my leadership vocation. As a certified Salesforce Internal Coach (or whenever I have the chance) I assist people to overcome problems, discover their true potential and get to know themselves a bit better.I am also an avid movie watcher and music concert goer. Always willing to learn new things to keep myself challenged.
