ABOUT ROBERT NEUHAUSER

From MIT labs to global boardrooms — I help organizations scale innovation, lead transformation, and turn deep tech into business results.With advanced degrees in Physics and Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), and postdoctoral research at MIT in the group of Moungi Bawendi (Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2023) I began my career at the fascinating intersection of science and technology. That experience shaped how I think about complex systems, from the nanoscale dynamics of materials to the large-scale dynamics of organizations.Over the past two decades, I’ve combined scientific depth with executive leadership — leading global businesses as CEO with up to €4 billion in revenue and 10 employees, and managing successful turnarounds as COO and CTO. My focus has consistently been on restoring performance, reigniting innovation, and creating strategic clarity.Most recently, as Executive Vice President for Leadership and Growth at Siemens, I defined and led the company’s far-reaching global leadership transformation — reshaping how Siemens develops leaders, drives culture, and sustains execution across its worldwide organization. This transformation has become a key enabler of Siemens’ current strategic and financial momentum.Today, I bring together these experiences to work with technology-driven organizations — from startups to established enterprises — on scaling innovation, leading transformation, and bridging the gap between R&D, technology, and measurable business results.My current portfolio includes advisory roles, selective investments, and technology ventures focused on sustainable and scalable growth. Some of these are publicly visible; others remain under the radar — at least for now.
