With over 46 years of experience in leading and consulting for various organizations, I am the founder and president of the International Collaborative Leadership Institute (ICLI), a global network of experts and practitioners dedicated to advancing the art and science of collaboration. The Warren Company, a pioneering firm in alliance best practices, collaborative innovation, and trust building is ICLI\'s consulting division.My personal mission is to create breakthroughs in the architectures of collaboration in the quest for creating organizational and interpersonal synergies. This has evolved over the last four decades into an revolutionary breakthrough in understanding how leadership actually works.
