Rob Morrison has over 39 years of experience in the areas of water resources and environmental engineering. Rob is a Vice President and Senior Water Resources Engineer for Barr Engineering. His background includes NPDES permitting, water quality science, total maximum daily load (TMDL) studies, anti-degradation implementation, and compliance assistance, as well as wastewater treatment, waste management and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) corrective actions.
