I am a former recruiter and director of human resources. After seeing so many candidates get hired that were not great fits for their companies, I started looking for a better way to evaluate potential employees for companies. That quest led me to Sobesoft. Sobesoft has developed a simple and inexpensive PC-based software program called Hire Smart Crowd Recruiting Software that lets recruiters and hiring managers quickly evaluate candidates across eight critical success factors and then compare their scores to the historical crowd of other candidates previously evaluated using the software. Candidates that would not be a good fit can be quickly identified by the software in order to avoid bad hiring decisions. The software generates a crowd candidate evaluation report for each candidate that can be sent to hiring managers and executives as part of the hiring process. Many of our contract recruiters working for outsourcing firms are including our crowd candidate evaluation reports as part of their candidate evaluation process. The contract recruiters are sending the crowd recruiting reports to hiring managers as a way to better compete with other contract recruiters trying to place candidates for the same positions.
