I arrived at Mandalay Bay in 2005 as a Department Manager.I was trained in Payroll, scheduling, Stratton-Warren/Coupa purchasing and ORACLE, G/L and P/L budgets. I oversee the hiring process with CTS to ensure we hire the most qualified candidates for the positions and guide them through the hiring process for their final step to the Departmental Training. I currently Supervise and oversee 7 Supervisors with 95 employees. I worked with Union properties for 19 years. I work continuously with vendors to improve our cleaning products and supplies and ensure we are within the green program and currently part of the Properties Water Management Team ensuring all water /eye wash units are flushed along with weekly inspections.
