19••••24 {52 Years in Banking}\"It took me a lifetime to get here, I\'m not going anywhere.\" I started my banking career in the Fall of 1972; Twenty-four years of retail service and Twenty-eight years of operational experience. I have operated & programmed NCR and Unisys (Burroughs) main frame equipment. I\'ve successfully managed an operational data, item processing and service-oriented staff in three different institutions in my career. I\'ve successfully motivated my staff to produce a very successful shop with a proven success rate processing data day & evening shifts - 24/7 on call with little or no down time. I\'ve programmed major update releases from the vendors, new installments, program changes, conversions and compliance requirements even the infamous Y2K release. On the other side of the house - I\'ve also worked in a fast-paced sales and service goal environment in two different institutions with a proven track record of deposit growth, core growth, loan growth as well as closed investments and investment appointments in every quarter. Strong positive results with all service shops - always at one hundred percent. I manage and coach a retail staff of thirty employees in three local branches simultaneously.
