We are locally owned and operated by Dawn Baker RN, Robb Baker, and Paula Tharp. Interim HealthCare of Charleston covers Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, and Collecton Counties. We provide Home Health Services: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Many of these services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Commerical Insurances, and Workmans Comp. Our Hospice services provides the comforting in-home care for end of life care. Our holistic approach to care focuses on the physical, emotional, and spirtual needs of each patient and their families. The Non-Medical Home Care, provides personal caregivers to help their love ones with personal care in their home. Home Care is normally covered by out of pocket expenses, grants or Long Term Care Insurance.Dawn and Paula are former police officers and long time friends, both ladies share a strong desire to provide their community with excellence in service with an emphasis on safety. We realize that your home is your castle and choosing a company to provide care can be stressful and sometimes overwhelming.
