ABOUT JANE HINTON

Although we may seem to be in a time where transient employees are the norm, I am proud to be a nearly 40 year member of the Interim HealthCare team. During my tenure, I’ve held a variety of clinical and operations roles, so I’ve witnessed firsthand the powerful impact our home care and hospice care services has on patients. My roots are in the clinical side of home care. As an RN, I am profoundly and personally invested in helping patients live better, healthier lives. However, I began managing an Interim office in 1990 and found both management and the financial side of the business fascinating. In my current role, I’m able to balance my passion for clinical care with my interest and proficiency in the “business side” of Interim HealthCare. I am pleased to work very closely with our Franchise Network, and have been a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) since 2012. I am extremely proud to have helped nurture strong relationships with our incredible franchisees across the United States. It’s impossible to work for one company for more than 36 years without caring about the people. Interim HealthCare has a common thread of hiring really good people with integrity. I love that about my job - people are always trying to do the right thing. I have ample opportunity to train and mentor others, which is very gratifying on a personal level. Also, doing what I love at work invigorates me when I return home to my husband, children and grandchildren.
