After 10 years of evidence based research (through Evidentiary) I thought it was vital to share the knowledge my team has gained about the relationship of human health (mental) and contact with the natural world. To this end we have developed the \"It\'s Naturally You\" program that tailors specific nature based programs to optimise the well-being benefits for individuals. We run a variety of nature based programs around Melbourne including Forest Therapy, Nature Journaling, Nature Walks, Nature Discovery Orienteering and training courses. We also host multi-day programs that are run at our beautiful property \"Bemm Bush Retreat\", 420 acres of forest (including warm temperate rainforest) on the Bemm and Goolengook Rivers in far east Gippsland.
