Overall as Digitalisation Engineer responsibilities include Business Process identification, design, development, and digitalisation for project related digital services. Providing strategic advice on business improvement and optimisation to meet the business needs of internal and external users Supporting the rollout of Siemens Teamcenter modules such as Management of Change, Schedule Management, Knowledge and Risk Management working as part of an Agile solution delivery team. Collaborating with leadership, Third-parties, Clients, engineers, IT and data scientists to understand data needs. Helping analysis of existing data sources, and data collection processes Creating user stories based on business needs, suggested enhancements, captured bugs, creating custom automation tools and raised technical questions while collaborating with Siemens to develop PLM tailored to the company\'s business requirements. Participating in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, and future integration of new modules. Coordinating the results of system testing and raised issues with the developer, offering the best possible solution when required through suggestions for improvement on Azure DevOps. Developing user guides, Whatfix flows and support material for the development and delivering training to the end users for various Teamcenter modules. Developed communication, project management and teamwork skills while working as a part of a team and managing individual activities to complete multiple tasks in time to achieve the milestones and deadlines. Showed great attention to detail and praised for supporting business processes. Delivered supporting documents for requirements to show where changes need to be implemented. Ownership of creating and maintaining well-defined processes and guidelines for the team to streamline the deployment of Teamcenter to various projects.
