Leading systems-related project execution • Working multi-functionally to detail and analyze new legal processes end to end, and document existing processes where documentation does not exist • Partnering with the Legal Team and various operations teams to resolve systems-related issues • Capturing, documenting, and refining business requirements from various stakeholders within the Legal Team and within the broader company • Creating and presenting process documentation, including self-help tools, training videos, Q&A, process flows, etc. for tools used and/or managed by the Legal Team • Managing the Legal Team’s technology suite, including a contract lifecycle management tool, among others • Facilitating and managing the privacy compliance tool and compliance training to various teams • Managing complex internal and external audit requests cross-functionally • Tracking, contrasting, and forecasting legal spend by practice areas • Updating of our public-facing super.com/legal web page on various policies and guidelines for all of the company\'s verticals • Supporting and managing various ad hoc projects within the team as needed as both a project manager and a program manager as required Tooling Process Implementation, Curation, and Training for the Legal Department: Airbase, BAI, Confluence, Freshdesk, HelloSign (Dropbox Sign), Jira, Notion, Trello, Vendr, Webflow
