Provide interpretation of applicable code specifications and customer requirements- Raise necessary deviations with Quality Manager through approved change management process (SQS, TQ, CR, etc.) & - Analyze product quality in accordance with Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan- Determine conformity and non-conformity & - Study and review technical specifications, International Codes, and Specifications for Design, Fabrication, Testing, Installation, Commissioning, and Project information & - Plan and determine work measurement programs and analyze work samples in Microsoft Projects- Develop standards for employee utilization, smooth execution, and timely delivery of equipment to clients & - Exercise a proactive approach in prevention of problems by interfacing with Quality Inspectors, Engineers, and customer representatives- Collaborate with Quality Manager and Project Manager & - Conduct internal, external, ASME, API, ISO audits, and HSE risk assessments- Prepare audit reports, follow up on corrective actions, and document lessons learned & - Perform inspection and asset integrity management of oil & gas plants according to ASME, API, and other international standards- Ensure adequate coordination and controls, including sending Notification of Inspection (NOI) and executing activities according to NOI without compromising quality.
