Serve as the senior business and financial leader for a large-scale, enterprise facilities management operation supporting critical State of Minnesota infrastructure. Provide executive oversight of financial strategy, operational performance, and administrative functions for a $100M division encompassing 270 staff and a diverse real estate and infrastructure portfolio, including the Minnesota Capitol Complex.Direct all aspects of financial management, including enterprise budgeting, long-range forecasting, rate modeling, and multi-fund fiscal strategy. Ensure alignment between operating performance, capital investment, and asset lifecycle management, driving data-informed decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.Lead division-wide operational strategy by establishing performance frameworks, standardizing business processes, and implementing metrics that enhance accountability, efficiency, and service delivery.
