WORK HISTORY
Csr Consultant @Pt Pln Persero
Kupang, ID
My role focuses on facilitating sustainable community development through participatory approaches. Using the Sustainable Livelihood Assessment (SLA) method, I conducted a comprehensive mapping of local needs and potentials in Lifuleo and Tablolong villages, West Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The results gave birth to the Eco-Bahari Program, designed to integrate education, conservation, and productive infrastructure for coastal communities. The program is implemented in collaboration with PT PLN (Persero) UIP Nusa Tenggara – PLN UPP Nusra 3, which manages the Timor-1 power plant project, in partnership with the Research and Community Service Center of Politeknik KP Kupang as the facilitating institution for corporate social and environmental responsibility in nearby coastal villages.Eco-Bahari Program Highlights:Education & Training – Seaweed farming with the Selvarula method, water quality monitoring, seaweed drying technology, women’s empowerment, MSME development, and product diversification.Environmental Conservation – Beach clean-up campaigns, coral reef transplantation, and coastal rehabilitation.Productive Infrastructure – Development of an Eco-Marine Tourism Park at Oesina Beach, and Electrifying Marine initiatives in Tablolong, including cold storage facilities, electricity support, seaweed seed supply, and fisher capacity building in collaboration with Poltek KP Kupang. This initiative reflects a synergy between research, technology, and community empowerment, transforming coastal villages into resilient and sustainable eco-maritime models.
