About Rick Barkan
Throughout the course of my adult life I have shared in opening and opened on my own several successful businesses. There has been a bloopper or two along the way but who\'s perfect. Some have given me great joy and others not so much. What I am most proud of is the successes of some of the folks I have trained along the way. I have some great success stories out there. All had lots of talent and desire on their own but most importantly accepted the help and knowledge I was able to give to them. My goal is to continue to find new creative ways to earn and to try to do business with the people I have formed relationships with regardless of whether or not they are the absolute best choice for the job or offer the cheapest product. I live my life based on the premise of loyalty and honor. I have been involved with charity on a level as deep my earnings will allow. I was a corporate sponsor for several years for The Make A Wish Foundation and for the last 6 years have been blessed to have a relationship with The National Runaway Switchboard. I have also been the Honorary Chairman of their annual dinner for that time period. Specialties: Sales, sales training, manufacturing, marketing and advertising. I really enjoy brainstorming with others to bring a concept to life.
