ABOUT RICKARD ANTBLAD

I have run strategic change and business transformation projects in various roles, both regionally in Western Europe and globally; primarily with a focus on Digital Marketing and Brand Identity/Packaging Processes. I was named Internationalist of the Year 2016 and have applied my strategic skills to start my own businesses, including Trip Concierge and Orbit20. I have much to offer that can benefit different companies. I quickly adapt to change, handle ambiguity well and inject positive energy in social interactions. My way of being contributes in getting others in phase with an organization’s business strategy. Since I am perceptive of the needs of others, I am able to provide them with feedback and opportunities to develop.As a leader, I tend to be kind, trustful, available and a good corporate citizen. I encourage change and creative input from the organization and take an interest in original ideas. My ability to think broadly and see the complete picture leads me to solve problems and see new business opportunities. When at my best, I am an interesting and entertaining person that can do many things in parallel and able to sell in my ideas in a way that makes others enthusiastic to act. My calm and confident demeanor strengthens my skill to keep relationships and lead others. My steadfastness is also an asset in fast changing environments.I am an independent and self-reliant person, who makes decisions and am ready to question business assumptions of others. At the same time, I thrive when working in teams. Senior managers that appreciate when I take initiative, act with a sense of urgency and question status quo, are those with whom I work best.My key strengths lie in thinking strategically and seeing opportunities, energizing others and then making the plans to achieve success. I am very determined, have a strong drive and am focused on delivering results. When it comes to strategic choices, I am prepared to make unpopular decisions.
