Cap Manager Continuous Improvement Program Owner @NetApp

Dual Role Update: Continue as a CAP Manager, as well as evaluate, enhance and own the CAP Continuous Improvement (CI) program. This included organizing a global team of 7 CI Managers, transitioning and operationalizing data collection, the CI process as well as CI tools enhancements needed to significantly improve the program. The CI program focuses on identifying opportunities from our high visibility CAP engagements and generating tangible preventative product, process, and documentation actions across all of NetApp\'s verticals. The CI process enhancements have been successfully installed and CAPs culture is now a culture of \"How do we take action from what we learn?\" The CI program is actively engaged with NetApp Support, Engineering, Quality Compliance & Analytics, Product Management, as well as our Cloud partners. I am also responsible for preparing and presenting CI data to CAP leadership which filters up to the Executive Team via MBR/QBR. The program is considered a success and implementation of the new program is complete.
