I spent 13 years with Fazio Golf Course Design, which led me to Daniel Island Real Estate. While at Fazio, I worked on the design of the Beresford Creek golf course - completed in Fall of I have currently been with Daniel Island Real Estate for over 4 years now. Here at Daniel Island, we deal with a wide range of properties. We have homes and homesites on deepwater / waterfront, marsh, golf, and interior in a wide variety of price points. We also deal with homes on all of the above - either new construction or resales. There are also many investment opportunities on the island. Daniel Island is an island town within the historical city of Charleston. It has been a repeat recipient of top awards by the Urban Land Institute for planned development. Since the fazio golf course was complete, there has also been the addition of the Ralston Creek Course by Rees Jones. It was was also awarded the prestigious award of Golf Digest\'s #8 best new private course at it\'s inception. There are also numerous retail and professional businesses that have opened on Daniel Island. The Family Circle Tennis Center also found it\'s home here on the island. All of the above truly make the island a great place to live, work, and play!
