August Leadership is a global executive search and leadership advisory firm comprised of highly experienced independent partners located across the World, working collaboratively to connect organisations to the very best leadership talent.As one of many Partners within August Leadership, myself & the other Partners remotely delivered on client projects placing the very best talent with organisations they\'d thrive and achieve in, while also collectively using our expertise across sectors and industries to help our clients align strategy to execution to deliver the highest levels of organisational performance. In March 2024 I changed my relationship with August Leadership becoming an Advisory Partner to support global Partners as needed on their projects. I remain as an advisor as required where I can support other partners.

I then through Spencer Stuart had the great opportunity to join a start-up as #4 in the initial team, helping build from zero a successful new start-up aviation operation. I then established myself as an independent consultant, working as a full Partner (then Advisory Partner) remotely within a professional & collaborative global search & leadership advisory firm called August Leadership. I also consulted & provided expertise as a Board Committee Chair for a start-up tech business. I enjoy working with CEOs, Boards, leadership teams & employees at all levels as I treat all people with the same respect. I enjoy cultures and teams where there is a clear vision & purpose, shared values & attitudes, all collaborating to make the right decisions to successfully execute organisational strategy. While enjoying strategic alignment I\'m also someone that gets a buzz from improving & innovating continuously where opportunity presents, executing (making it happen) with the disciplines & rigour to ensure ROI/ROV & harnessing the power of the team to achieve this as we strive for excellence & business success.Always open to opportunities to support businesses/organisations as they build, transform, innovate & execute their strategy to deliver success.
