Coordinate the use of 360Learning - IDEA’s learning management system – including: o Utilizing research, best-in-field data, and stakeholder feedback to create design Criteria For Success that supported a 10 point jump in the platform’s Net Promotor Score o Training over 200 subject matter experts across the organization to design trainings in the platform aligned to the Criteria for Success o Registering IDEA staff members for an average of 4 hours of training each year • Coordinate the use of TeachBoost – IDEA’s instructional coaching tracking software – including providing training to ensure over instructional staff across the district receive formative evaluation data • Coordinate logistics for New Teacher Institute, a 5 day training covering classroom culture and content, for over new teachers across 8 regions in the IDEA district with a 90% positive experience rate in 2021 • Project plan and execute district-wide change management projects including the development of new org-wide core values and an updated teaching rubric
