Secured 115 new clients and counseled 446 exporting SMEs in 36 months, helping them successfully enter ideally matched global markets with minimal risk by matching client needs with customized solutions including foreign trade missions, business matchmaking, export compliance, e-commerce and trade data research tools in a multitude of industries thereby creating and retaining U.S. jobs. Provided strategic leadership as the Executive Secretary of the Arkansas District Export Council, recruited new members and President’s E Award and Governor’s Award recipients, oversaw program compliance, secured guest speakers and panelists for export outreach training events, and provided newsletter and social media content.Actively served on Global Teams for key state exports in the aerospace, safety and security, advanced manufacturing, agribusiness, travel & tourism and Envirotech industries, gaining knowledge that supported clients increased exports in these sectors.
