ABOUT RICHARD BRODEUR

Richard Brodeur is a life-long entrepreneur who has established a solid track record for developing successful businesses. First, came Celco Software; a company Richard took from inception to its eventual sale in 2006. After establishing a reputation as an industry leader in internet café management software, Celco Software’s innovative product drew international attention and was eventually sold to a Swedish purchaser.Simultaneously, Richard was the CEO of Celco Controls Ltd. an industrial automation and electrical engineering company. The company’s industrial plant controls were so successful that in 2010 the company was purchased by a New York private equity firm. Richard remained Celco’s CEO until early 2011 and continues to serve on its board today. After departing Celco, Richard obtained his Certified Management Accountant.Richard also worked a term with the Financial Advisory group at Deloitte carrying out business valuations, financial studies and developing financial models where he combined his accounting and valuation training with his business experience to provide a unique perspective and insight to clients. Richard also operated Process to Excellence where he practices as a professional advisor to a wide range of industries. Process to Excellence specializes in business process, systems and financial management to help businesses with their execution and financial management to maximize performance and results. Richard acquired Accurate Dorwin Inc. in 2014 and was the CEO and President until the sale of Accurate Dorwin Inc. to Polar Windows in 2020.Richard is currently the CEO of Celco Control Ltd. Richard is the recipient of the Early Achievement Award from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba. Richard is also a Certified Management Consultant and serves on the Board of Opportunity for Employment. He is also president of the commercial properties leasing company.
