The company owns and operates energy distribution networks in the North Island of New Zealand and is one of only two dual energy distributors in New Zealand.Non-executive Director representing the interests of the Australian Retirement Trust, a major shareholder of the business.As a NED, my role is to ensure the company maintains the highest standards of governance, social and environmental compliance while providing strong and sustainable returns for its shareholders.Chair the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of each of the Treasury, Regulatory and Asset Management and HR and Remuneration Committees.
