I am currently working as an Estates Manager for the UK\'s largest pub owner primarily responsible for the delivery of sales of freehold assets as well as various other estates matters. There is a requirement to engage with various stakeholders within the business to appraise assets being brought forward and selected for disposal. The selection of agents and solicitors follows and the management of the transaction process through to completion.Previously I have worked as a retail property agent with over 10 years post qualification experience, primarily specialising in the Out of Town Retail Warehouse market, helping Landlords and Tenants achieve their business strategies for property throughout the UK.I have comprehensive experience in the agency field having completed, lettings and acquisitions totalling over sq ft as well as undertaking lease re-gears, lease renewals and providing consultancy advice in respect of asset management and development initiatives/projects. I have also assisted capital markets teams with occupational advice as part of property investment purchases.I possess versatility having also previously gained experience in Professional services, Central London office agency and Property Management roles. I am MRICS qualified and being self-driven both inside and outside of work I am currently undertaking a distance learning course in Project Management incorporating CAPM and Prince 2 accreditation in order to build upon my core skill-set. Landlords I have acted for are a mixture of institutions and property companies include; Hammerson, Aviva Investors, LGIM, CBRE Investors, Aberdeen Standard Investments, BMO Real Estate, Knight Frank Investors and Fairacre.I have also acted for a number of occupiers of varying sizes from franchise/start-up operators to national and global retailers.
