I’ve worked in hospitality for over 17 years, leading busy venues, building brilliant teams, and making sure every guest has a great experience. As a General Manager, I’m commercially driven, people-focused, and always looking for ways to raise the bar.Along the way, I’ve been proud to sit on the Boards of Milton Keynes BID and Watford BID, as well as chair Bar Watch MK — all roles that gave me the chance to help shape the hospitality scene beyond my own business. I was also selected for Stonegate’s Aspirations programme, which really pushed me to grow as a leader.With a background in Accounting & Finance and a real passion for hospitality, I bring a mix of commercial know-how and people development.
