Rich Mullen, co-founder and CEO of Pallas Capital Advisors, is a seasoned wealth management professional with decades of experience. At Pallas Capital, Rich provides personalized investment counsel to top clients, including CEOs, entrepreneurs, and families, and leads the investment team in shaping portfolios and the firm’s investment philosophy.Rich is committed to innovating the independent advisor model, focusing on resource-rich environments, strong culture, and access to compelling investments. Over his extensive career, he has guided ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in financial planning, estate and tax planning, asset management, and portfolio construction.Before entering financial services, Rich worked in government as a legislative aide and an assistant to U.S. Presidential Candidate Bruce Babbitt. He later pivoted to a financial career at Prudential Securities and then spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley as Senior Vice President of Investments and Senior Portfolio Manager, serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.Rich co-founded Minot Light Advisors at UBS Financial, where he spent eight years as Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, an ICP from Wharton, and recently completed an executive education program in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency at MIT.Pallas Capital Advisors LLC (“Pallas”) is a registered investment advisor.
