Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals by matching specific Customer’s requirements into effective technical solutions, with a focus on Kaseya’s products and services- Professionally and independently conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for Customer’s Infrastructure optimization- Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Support to address issues, questions, and requests- Works as part of the Kaseya sales team to formulate winning strategies as it relates to prospect requirements utilizing Kaseya MSP’s methodologies, technical solutions, education, and services- Coordinates troubleshooting sessions to work on complex problems requiring in-depth root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
